This committee manages all internal and operational issues—including those related to finance, human resources, and facilities. It ensures the overall health and function of the board by recruiting new members, producing board materials, and conducting board performance evaluations. This team is dedicated to maintaining strong board governance and developing tomorrow’s leaders.

This committee oversees all fundraising, outreach, and donor engagement efforts for The Bettis Foundation. It is responsible for planning and executing fundraising events, cultivating donor and sponsor relationships, and securing grants that sustain our programs. The team also leads community engagement and public relations efforts by developing partnerships with schools, local businesses, and organizations across Metro Detroit. Through strategic outreach and creative fundraising, this committee ensures the foundation remains financially strong, community-driven, and visible in its mission to empower and uplift others.

This committee manages the design, implementation, and evaluation of the foundation’s core programs under both The Junebug Promise and The Pink List pillars. It ensures that each initiative aligns with the foundation’s mission, addresses real community needs, and delivers measurable impact. Members focus on building meaningful partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations, while also identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth. This committee is dedicated to ensuring program excellence and expanding access to resources that foster education, wellness, and empowerment.
